About Us

Bilma.K Services S.A.R.L. is a private limited liability company registered in Lebanon in 2016. It was founded by Carole Hobeika, the Chief Executive Officer. The name of the company was inspired from her children first syllables (Bilal/Maha/Maya).

First, the company started as Bilma.K Events on May 6, 2009 on Maya’s birthday with children animation. Since then, Bilma.K Events organize enjoyable events’ programs for all occasions, animations, birthdays, parties, kids’ events, karaoke parties, fun evenings, special occasions, and corporate functions such as seminars, conferences, tour events, and private dinner. We are expert in music entertainments, customizing the best program by selecting the suitable music, songs, singers, and band to match with your theme.

In 2016, we have established an Education Learning Center “Bilma.K Learning Center”, an afternoon school supporting students’ school studies, and online students’ support.

In 2020, we added to our Learning Center a Music Learning facility, teaching Solfege, vocalize, singing, and musical instruments play. We provide songs’ lyrics and composition.
Since 2021, we have included to our mission other Services and Office Support. We support new business and outsourcing, offering office facility such as handling emails and communications, website building and update, preparing presentations, typing, photocopying, data entry, assisting in daily operation, and handling local projects.
We provide Porject Management & Consultancy, Marketing Services, and Real Estate facility.

Online School Supports

“Online classes did not show success in Lebanon but we, at Bilma.K Learning Center, use effective strategies to support students in their studies, we train them on platforms, we help them to face all challenges and succeed their yearly school. Students are feeling comfortable with online interface and well-motivated here at Bilma.K Learning Center under our supervision. They interact positively and manage their time efficiently”.

While in a traditional setting distance may be an issue, online schooling erases that problem, as students and teachers are able to interact through video-chatting software, such as WebEx, Team, Zoom or Skype. Shy children may even feel more comfortable with teachers, as digital schooling removes the awkwardness of face to face communication and increases involvement and efficiency.

Booking a class hour with Bilma.K Learning Center’s Professional Teachers can be individual, one-to-one learning, and can be a grouping class of 2 to 4 students. The class set-up can be face-to-face through online applications, and class can be recorded.
